Lip Tattoos: Is a Polka-Dot Pout for You?

Last week, Playboy model Hope Dworaczyk took it upon herself to challenge something we here at DivineCaroline had taken for granted: polka-dot lips make you look like a crazy person. This hot-pink temporary lip tattoo, courtesy of Violent Lips, is mesmerizing indeed, but the spots leave us feeling a little more queasy than captivated. What do you think?
