Got Bacne? – Back Acne Treatment
Posted By Stephanie Tripp on November 8, 2010
There are literally millions of people that suffer from back acne all over the world. Looking for a back acne treatment that actually works is very difficult because there are so many different products on the market all promising that they are the cure for your problem.
Unfortunately, acne on the back can be very embarrassing and can lead to people wanting to hide their back to the world. This hurts your social life, and how you think of yourself. Thankfully, there are some things that you can do right now to start treating that acne and you can do it all naturally.
Here are some tips that I think you’ll find very useful, I know I did.
Drink Green Tea. With its anti-oxidants green tea is a great way to clean the body of all the acne causing substances. On top of it being good for your acne, green tea is also good for your overall health.
Stay away from foods high in sugar and grease. What you eat will show through your skin. Eating foods with large amounts of sugar and or grease can make your skin excessively oily and will lead to more acne. Instead, try to eat more foods such as apples and grapes which have anti-oxidants and work wonders as a back acne treatment. Cutting out, or minimizing, the awesome tasting fatty foods is hard, but nothing worth having is easy, that includes a beautiful clear acne free back.
Use a oil-free lotion. Moisturizing your skin is important if you want a healthy, radiant complexion. So using a lotion that wont clog up your pores and smooths your skin is important. Also, keep in mind that drinking enough water is vital to having well moisturized skin. 8 glasses is the recommended minimum, but drinking more than that isn’t bad either.
Get atleast 8 hours of sleep a night. The body is such an awesome thing, in that while we are sleeping it simply recharges, rejuvenates, and heals. But when we take time away from the sleeping process, we cheat ourselves from the work that the body could do for us. So sleep for those 8 hours and you’ll notice how much of a difference it truly can make.
